Deliver highquality guided tours in Italian tailored to the interests of diverse visitor groups.
Provide accurate and engaging commentary about Abu Dhabi s culture history landmarks and traditions.
Greet and assist Italianspeaking visitors ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
Interpret and translate between Italian and English/Arabic when necessary.
Coordinate with internal teams and external tour operators to manage tour logistics.
Handle guest questions feedback and complaints in a professional manner.
Follow all safety and visitor protocols throughout the tour.
Support with translation of materials such as brochures signage or digital content.
Stay updated on Abu Dhabis tourism developments events and attractions.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
Fluent in Italian (spoken and written) required
Proficient in English; Arabic is a plus.
Diploma or degree in Tourism Hospitality Cultural Studies or a related field preferred.
Experience in tour guiding tourism or hospitality is an advantage.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi s heritage landmarks and culture.
Friendly personality professional demeanor and a passion for culture and travel.
Able to manage groups and adapt to different guest profiles.
