As our Automation & AI Specialist you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex automation workflows using tools like n8n creating AI-powered agents and integrating these systems with social media platforms calls and other digital channels. You will be the driving force behind scalable automation solutions that enhance efficiency engagement and performance.
Responsibilities:
-Build maintain and optimize automation workflows using n8n and other automation platforms.
-Develop and deploy AI agents capable of handling tasks across social media calls and internal processes.
-Design implement and manage networked systems for centralized control of social media pages and interactions.
-Integrate APIs CRM systems and other platforms into automated workflows.
-Monitor troubleshoot and enhance automation processes for maximum efficiency.
-Collaborate with marketing sales and technical teams to ensure automation supports business objectives.
Requirements
-Proven experience with automation tools especially n8n.
-Strong understanding of AI agents chatbots and generative AI tools.
-Ability to build networked control systems for digital platforms.
-Experience integrating social media platforms CRMs APIs and telephony systems into automated workflows.
-Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex projects independently.
-Excellent communication and documentation skills.
