ملخص الوظيفة
- Ensure contract compliance quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) for structural aspects of the project.
- Analyse applicable codes standards and project contract documents to monitor construction activities and ensure compliance.
- Interpret and clarify contract documents for contractors resolving any discrepancies or issues.
- Maintain and prepare various records including daily/weekly progress reports material accounting records change orders and record drawings.
- Supervise direct and coordinate the inspection team conducting weekly meetings with inspectors and the Project Engineer.
- Assist the Senior Discipline Engineer in identifying responding to and evaluating technical issues to maintain the project schedule.
- Highlight violations of construction/engineering-related issues on site through the issuance of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
- Attend progress review and coordination meetings to assist in resolving site issues and liaise with the Design Engineer on modifications if required.
- Participate in snagging and project handover processes providing expert knowledge and support to ensure smooth project completion.
- Monitor health and safety practices on construction works reporting issues and stopping work if unsafe practices are observed.
