Lead technical design and solution architecture
Guide development teams on best practices
Oversee CI/CD pipelines and release readiness
Ensure platform stability performance and security
Mentor and develop technical staff
Required Skills & Certifications
Expertise in Sitecore / .NET / Azure
DevOps tools (GitLab Jenkins Docker Kubernetes)
Cloud and hybrid architecture experience
DevOps Institute DevOps Leader (DOL) preferred
