Job Summary:
The Site Admin Offshore Project will be responsible for managing all administrative and HR-related tasks for our offshore project located on an island in Abu Dhabi
Key Responsibilities:
- - Oversee all administrative tasks for the offshore project including maintaining records managing correspondence and coordinating with various departments and stakeholders.
- - Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files including contracts visas and other relevant documents.
- - Coordinate with the HR department to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing employee benefits and other HR-related tasks.
- - Act as the main point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and provide support and guidance to employees as needed.
- - Ensure compliance with all relevant laws regulations and company policies related to HR and administration.
- - Monitor and track employee attendance leave and other HR-related data and provide regular reports to management.
- - Assist with performance management processes including conducting performance evaluations and managing disciplinary actions.
- - Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to provide necessary services for the offshore project such as transportation catering and accommodation.
- - Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing safety protocols and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
- - Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources or a related field.
- - At least 2-4 years of experience in a similar role preferably in a construction or offshore project setting.
- - Strong knowledge of HR policies procedures and best practices.
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- - Proven experience in managing administrative tasks and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- - Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- - Fluency in English is required Arabic is a plus.
