Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise manage and coordinate Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) works at the project site.
- Review and interpret MEP drawings technical specifications and installation details.
- Ensure MEP works are carried out in accordance with project requirements approved drawings and applicable standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors consultants and other site engineers for smooth execution of works.
- Monitor site progress quality and safety compliance on a daily basis.
- Attend and conduct site inspections testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
- Raise RFI technical queries and manage snag lists until rectification and approval.
- Liaise with QA/QC teams to ensure inspection requests (IRs) and material submittals are aligned with project timelines.
- Support in procurement coordination material tracking and site logistics for MEP items.
- Prepare and maintain daily site reports progress updates and documentation.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum 5 years of MEP site engineering experience with UAE project experience mandatory.
- Must have worked with reputable construction companies in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE building codes DEWA DCD and other authority regulations.
- Excellent coordination technical and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in fastpaced environments.
- Must be currently residing in the UAE and available to join immediately.
