ملخص الوظيفة
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage quality assurance and quality control procedures for civil works onsite.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure all civil work complies with approved drawings specifications and industry standards.
- Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IRs) and coordinate inspections with consultants and clients.
- Maintain records of inspection reports test results nonconformance reports (NCRs) and corrective/preventive actions.
- Review method statements ITPs material submittals and shop drawings for compliance with project requirements.
- Ensure that construction activities meet project specifications codes and quality standards.
- Coordinate with site engineers construction teams and subcontractors for the resolution of quality issues.

Participate in internal and external audits and ensure closure of audit findings.
- Monitor and track the status of snag lists conduct site walkthroughs and verify the rectification of deficiencies.
- Ensure proper document control and QA/QC documentation for project handover.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant civil QA/QC experience in the UAE.
- Must have relevant experience in civil construction projects with strong knowledge of QAQC procedures and documetation.
- Must have worked with wellknown or reputable construction companies in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards authority regulations and QA/QC protocols.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office AutoCAD and relevant QA/QC reporting tools.
- Excellent communication reporting and documentation skills.
- Must be currently residing in the UAE and able to join immediately.
