ملخص الوظيفة

1. Sales Management:

o Drive and manage sales activities for property management and maintenance services.

o Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence internationally.

2. Client Relationship Management:

o Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including clients partners and vendors.

o Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

3. Financial Transactions:

o Ensure that all sales transactions are accurately recorded analyzed and processed in a timely manner.

o Collaborate with the finance team to monitor sales performance and financial health.

4. Market Analysis:

o Conduct market research to identify trends opportunities and competitive landscape.

o Utilize data to inform sales strategies and business decisions.

5. Reporting:

o Prepare sales reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

o Provide insights on sales performance and recommend improvements as necessary.

6. Collaboration:

o Work closely with marketing property management and maintenance teams to align efforts and maximize sales opportunities.



Requirements

Proven experience in sales or business development preferably within the real estate or property management sector.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word) and CRM software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
