We are seeking an experienced Civil Works Manager to oversee the planning execution and maintenance of civil infrastructure projects related to depot facilities and online buildings ensuring compliance with safety standards budget constraints and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Project Management & Execution
- Lead the planning design and construction of depot and online building projects.
- Manage project timelines budgets and resources to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with architects engineers contractors and suppliers.
Depot Operations Oversight
- Supervise depot infrastructure including warehousing logistics and building maintenance.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure efficient material flow and storage.
- Implement health and safety protocols across depot operations.
Maintenance & Compliance
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Ensure all civil works comply with local regulations environmental standards and safety codes.
- Respond to emergencies and infrastructure failures with timely solutions.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with internal departments government agencies and community stakeholders.
- Communicate project updates and operational changes effectively.
Team Leadership
- Recruit train and manage civil works and depot staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in civil infrastructure or depot management.
- Experience in managing large-scale construction or refurbishment projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g. MS Project AutoCAD).
- Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics principles.
- Familiarity with health safety and environmental regulations.
