About the Role

Our client in theengineering and geotechnical services industryis seeking a detail-oriented and proactiveHR Administratorto support day-to-day human resources operations. The role will involve handling HR documentation employee coordination and administrative support to ensure smooth HR processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records HR databases and personnel files
  • Support recruitment activities including CV screening interview coordination and onboarding
  • Prepare offer letters employment contracts and HR-related correspondence
  • Coordinate visa processing medicals Emirates ID and other PRO-related documentation
  • Assist with payroll inputs attendance leave management and timesheets
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
  • Support performance reviews training coordination and HR reports
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum24 years of HR administration experiencein the UAE
  • Prior experience inengineering construction or technical industriesis preferred
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent organizational communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook)
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Immediate or short notice period preferred
