About the Role
Our client in theengineering and geotechnical services industryis seeking a detail-oriented and proactiveHR Administratorto support day-to-day human resources operations. The role will involve handling HR documentation employee coordination and administrative support to ensure smooth HR processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records HR databases and personnel files
- Support recruitment activities including CV screening interview coordination and onboarding
- Prepare offer letters employment contracts and HR-related correspondence
- Coordinate visa processing medicals Emirates ID and other PRO-related documentation
- Assist with payroll inputs attendance leave management and timesheets
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
- Support performance reviews training coordination and HR reports
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum24 years of HR administration experiencein the UAE
- Prior experience inengineering construction or technical industriesis preferred
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent organizational communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Immediate or short notice period preferred
