Role Overview
The Document Controller will be responsible for managing organizing and maintaining project documentation to ensure accuracy accessibility and compliance with company and regulatory standards. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can support project teams by maintaining efficient document control systems across civil infrastructure and luxury residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
Document Management & Control
- Establish and maintain document control systems for project records.
- Ensure proper filing retrieval and distribution of project documentation.
- Track and update document revisions approvals and version control.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure documentation complies with UAE regulations industry standards and company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive project information.
- Support audits and inspections by providing accurate documentation.
Coordination & Support
- Collaborate with project managers engineers and stakeholders to ensure timely submission of documents.
- Provide administrative support for project reporting and correspondence.
- Train project staff on document control procedures and systems.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in document control within contracting construction or infrastructure organizations.
- Strong knowledge of document management systems and project documentation standards.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering or related field.
