ملخص الوظيفة
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our clients team in Abu Dhabi. This position is within one of the UAE s largest government-affiliated healthcare networks recognized for delivering world-class patient care and operating state-of-the-art medical facilities. The Clinical Pharmacist will provide expert medication management collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams and ensure safe and effective use of medications. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Review evaluate and manage patient medication therapy in collaboration with physicians and healthcare teams.
- Provide clinical advice on drug selection dosage interactions and side effects.
- Monitor patient responses to medications and adjust therapy as necessary.
- Educate patients and caregivers about medication use storage and safety.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols policies and national healthcare regulations.
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to clinical decision-making.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of pharmaceutical care.
- Stay updated on the latest pharmaceutical research drug developments and best practices.
Requirements
To be considered you need to meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor s or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
- Valid UAE pharmacy license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Minimum of 3 years clinical pharmacy experience including pediatric patient exposure preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology therapeutics and clinical guidelines.
- Excellent communication counseling and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
