Job Title: Junior Process Engineer
Location: Abu Dhabi UAE

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Process Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be a UAE National with a degree in Chemical Engineering and 02 years of experience in process engineering. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain handson experience in industrial processes operations and optimization within the energy oil & gas or manufacturing sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in analyzing designing and optimizing chemical and industrial processes.
- Support process simulations calculations and technical reports under the supervision of senior engineers.
- Monitor and evaluate plant performance efficiency and safety compliance.
- Participate in process troubleshooting improvements and technical investigations.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including operations maintenance and HSE.
- Assist in preparing technical documentation standard operating procedures (SOPs) and reports.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations safety standards and company policies.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized university.
- 02 years of experience in process engineering (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Knowledge of process simulation software (Aspen HYSYS MATLAB etc. is a plus.
- Strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
- UAE National (Emirati candidates only as per Emiratization requirements).
- Basic understanding of oil & gas petrochemical or manufacturing processes.
- Awareness of HSE and process safety regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Willingness to learn adapt and take on new challenges in a dynamic work environment.
