Are you a talented and passionate teacher with expertise in Early Years with experience of teaching a British Curriculum
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver dynamic and innovative lessons in Early Years
Utilize diverse teaching methods and instructional materials to engage students and enhance understanding.
Design and update the Early Years curriculum to align with educational standards and goals.
Offer enrichment activities and challenges for highachieving students.
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect.
Establish and enforce rules and procedures to ensure a conducive learning atmosphere.
Track and analyze student performance to identify areas for improvement and tailor instruction accordingly.
Communicate student progress to parents and guardians through regular progress reports and parentteacher meetings.
Incorporate educational technology and online resources to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching strategies.
Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on new methodologies curriculum changes and advancements in the field of teaching.
Inspire and motivate students to develop a positive attitude toward school and their own learning.
Encourage critical thinking problemsolving and a growth mindset among students.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in early Years or a related field.
Teaching Diploma / PGCE and relevant experience in teaching Early Years.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
A genuine passion for the arts and a commitment to nurturing students artistic growth.
