Job Requirement

KBR is looking for a Senior Analyst Business Performance with LNG experience to be based in Ruwais for a PMC project.

Experience required:

• Have minimum 15 Years of plant experience in any discipline (Maintenance Operations Technical planning HSE etc.
• Can demonstrate understanding and experience of Business Performance Management for example Can develop and understand KPIs performance score cards etc.
• Can demonstrate understanding and experience in Operational plant Risk management philosophy
• Can demonstrate understanding and experience of Business Management systems (ISOs)
• Can prepare presentations and reports for management meetings when required
• Strive for continuous improvement implement tools and techniques to improve systems processes etc.
• Good writing and interpersonal skills
• Contribute to the development implementation and regular review of the Reporting policies procedures and systems to ensure consistent & systematic application of best practices and to improve plant performance.
• Carry out periodic production performance reporting accounting and variance analysis against the divisional performance contract Scorecard and advise division management on its status.
• Liaison with operating units coordinate support plan and direct activities to take advantage of opportunities to maximize production by analyzing areas of improvement and finding innovative solutions to ensure effective achievement of production targets.
• Develop business and technical analysis report for various feed processing options to ensure optimum plant utilization and yields.
• Develop additional scorecards and KPIs in support of performance analysis against the company performance scorecard.
• Prepare documents presentations and submissions relating to Production performance for TRC BAC Board and other management meetings.
• Support all feasibility studies of projects to ensure accurate economic assessment of potential impact on production volumes and revenue streams.
• Provide inputs and suggestions for the continuous improvement of Production Performance Reporting practices taking into account best practice international standards to improve efficiency & effectiveness and changes in business environment
