Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with marketing goals and brand guidelines.
- Plan monthly content calendars for social media website and digital campaigns.
- Identify trends opportunities and creative ideas to enhance online presence.
Content Creation
- Produce high-quality photo video and written content showcasing hotel rooms F&B outlets events staff stories and guest experiences.
- Coordinate and lead in-house and external photoshoots or video shoots.
- Write engaging captions blogs newsletters and promotional content.
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow the hotels social media accounts (Instagram TikTok Facebook LinkedIn etc.).
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages in line with brand standards.
- Optimize content for reach visibility and conversion.
Brand & Reputation Management
- Ensure all content follows brand identity and tone of voice.
- Monitor online reviews and support the marketing team in responding professionally.
- Collaborate with PR Sales F&B and Operations for content needs and campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance metrics and create monthly content performance reports.
- Recommend improvements based on data insights.
Coordination & Leadership
- Support the Marketing Manager in campaign execution and partnerships.
- Train team members on content standards when needed.
- Coordinate with external agencies influencers and photographers.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Hospitality or related field.
- 24 years of experience in content creation preferably in hospitality.
- Strong skills in videography photography editing and storytelling.
- Proficiency in Canva Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and digital analytics.
- Creative mindset with excellent communication skills.
