ملخص الوظيفة
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and monitor structural works on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings specifications and standards.
- Coordinate with design consultants contractors and relevant stakeholders to resolve technical/site issues.
- Review and validate structural shop drawings method statements and material submittals.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare reports on progress quality and compliance.
- Ensure all structural activities align with the project schedule and construction program.
- Lead site meetings related to structural issues and provide expert input during coordination meetings.
- Maintain quality control and enforce safety protocols in all structural operations.
- Support the Resident Engineer or Project Manager in managing the structural package.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of total experience with at least 5 years in the UAE/GCC.
- Proven experience working with design consultancy firms on large-scale building/infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of local construction practices codes and authority regulations.
- Ability to interpret and review structural designs and shop drawings.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Must be currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately.
