Job Summary
The Data & AI Enablement expert candidate will combine strong business understanding with hands-on AI knowledge particularly in areas such as agentic AI while effectively collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. Success in this role requires the ability to translate business priorities into actionable AI solutions improve user adoption and support the integration of AI into enterprise workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business units to identify AI opportunities that address specific operational or strategic challenges.
Serve as the link between business teams and AI engineering teams to ensure effective collaboration and alignment.
Lead user engagement activities to support adoption and maximize value from AI solutions.
Champion the organizations digital and AI adoption strategy.
Drive business process re-engineering for digital and agentic AI workflows (As-Is vs To-Be) to streamline operations.
Monitor measure and track real efficiencies delivered by AI agents to support continuous improvement.
Develop and manage governance frameworks for agentic AI workflows in coordination with business stakeholders.
Provide ongoing support for deployed AI use cases to ensure successful usage and performance.
Capture prioritize and communicate business feedback to Data & AI technology teams.
Create and execute functional test cases for Data and AI products to validate performance and usability.
Lead business workflow enablement for enterprise digital platformssuch as CRMto enhance data quality process efficiency and user experience.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Data Science Artificial Intelligence or related fields.
Minimum 10 years of total experience including at least 3 years leading Data & AI projects in a business-facing role.
Experience translating business requirements into AI product features in collaboration with engineering teams.
Good understanding of ML models Generative AI AI agents and cloud environments (e.g. Azure).
Strong knowledge of AI use cases across corporate functions.
Proven background in process re-engineering and optimization.
Strong communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing complex projects and delivering AI solutions within scope and timelines.
Solid understanding of algorithms software architecture and data structures.
Ability to work independently or within cross-functional teams while managing multiple priorities.
Adaptable to fast-paced and evolving environments; quick learner of new tools and technologies.
