Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee the Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing works for a short-term project in the UAE. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities ensuring compliance with technical drawings and safety standards and coordinating with contractors and technicians to complete work within schedule and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing activities on-site to ensure work is completed as per project specifications and standards.
Review and interpret MEP drawings schematics and technical documentation.
Coordinate between MEP technicians civil teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
Conduct daily inspections of work progress and ensure adherence to quality and safety regulations.
Monitor and report material usage manpower allocation and progress updates to the project engineer or site manager.
Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
Ensure proper testing commissioning and handover of completed systems.
Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and installation activities.

Requirements

Requirements:

Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 35 years of experience in MEP supervision in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems installation methods and safety procedures.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Available to join immediately for a 2-month temporary contract.
