Are you a natural leader who can drive performance inspire a team andclose big-ticket property deals
At Nationwide Middle East Properties were growing fast and we need a high-impact Sales Team Leader to head up our elite Yas Island squad.
Location: Yas Island Abu Dhabi
Seniority: Team Leader
Industry: Real Estate Brokerage
Languages: Arabic & English preferred
What Youll Be Doing:
- Lead and mentor a team of 10 Property Consultants
- Oversee day-to-day pipeline management and client strategy
- Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Coach agents in closing techniques objection handling and negotiation
- Liaise directly with developers for inventory updates and allocations
Requirements
- Minimum 35 years experience in UAE real estate (brokerage or developer)
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing sales teams
- Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages a plus
- Strong knowledge of off-plan secondary and luxury markets
- You know how to coach close and lead by example
