📍 Abu Dhabi | Full-time Start: ASAP

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Specialist (Real Estate) located in Abu Dhabi. The IT Specialist will be responsible for managing and administering the company's network systems, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring network security, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks will include maintaining IT infrastructure, resolving network problems, and supporting staff with their IT needs.

Core Responsibilities

Employee support (L1/L2): Quick troubleshooting for laptops, network, printers, email, and productivity apps.
Hardware & Networks: Setup/maintain routers, switches, VLANs, Wi-Fi, cabling, printers, UPS, and basic CCTV.
Software & Admin: Windows/Mac, Microsoft 365/Google Workspace, access control, backups, endpoint protection (EDR/AV).
Real Estate Applications: Configure and manage real-estate CRMs (e.g., PropSpace/HubSpot/etc.), connect leads from portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle), and integrate VOIP and WhatsApp Business.
Integrations & Automation: Build workflows with Zapier/Make to route leads to CRM, trigger WhatsApp/email alerts, and auto-assign leads to agents.
Security Basics: MFA, password policies, device-loss response, file permissions, phishing awareness and training.

Must-Have Qualifications

3–5 years in internal IT support/administration (real estate or high-velocity sales environment preferred).
Solid networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, VLANs) and office Wi-Fi experience.
Hands-on with Sales/Real Estate CRMs and lead integrations.
Comfortable with Zapier/Make, WhatsApp Business API, and Cloud PBX/Softphones (3CX/Zoiper or similar).
Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration (groups, policies, basic MDM).
Can document clearly and communicate in Arabic & English.

Nice to Have

WordPress/Webflow (forms, spam protection, basic edits).
Basic APIs/Webhooks knowledge.
Security frameworks for small offices (CIS basics).
Mobile/Laptop management (Intune, Jamf Now, Mosyle).
Familiarity with ad platforms (Meta/Google) for lead tracking and UTM hygiene.
