ملخص الوظيفة
Design and review HVAC systems including heating ventilation air conditioning and related mechanical services.
Prepare load calculations duct sizing and equipment selection using relevant software (e.g. HAP Ductulator AutoCAD Revit).
Review and ensure compliance with project specifications ASHRAE SMACNA and local authority standards.
Prepare technical submittals shop drawings and method statements.
Coordinate with other MEP and civil teams to resolve design and site-related issues.
Supervise installation testing and commissioning activities at site.
Conduct inspections and ensure that works are executed according to approved drawings and quality standards.
Support procurement by preparing material requisitions and reviewing vendor quotations.
Assist in preparing project progress reports and attending coordination meetings.
Ensure adherence to health safety and environmental requirements during all project stages.
Qualifications :
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 58 years of experience in HVAC design installation and site supervision (preferably in building construction infrastructure or oil & gas projects).
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems equipment selection and international standards (ASHRAE SMACNA DW144).
Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit and MS Office; knowledge of HAP or similar software preferred.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.
