ملخص الوظيفة
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and update project schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent planning software.
- Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports including earned value analysis (EVA) S-curve and productivity metrics.
- Develop and manage baseline schedules recovery plans and revised programs as required.
- Review contractor schedules and monitor their compliance with the baseline.
- Interface with project managers consultants and contractors to ensure coordination and alignment with project timelines.
- Identify schedule impacts due to variations delays or other changes and provide mitigation strategies.
- Assist in preparing delay analysis reports and extension of time (EOT) claims.
- Conduct risk analysis and recommend corrective actions to maintain project schedule.
- Participate in progress meetings and present planning updates to stakeholders.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of total experience with at least 5 years in the UAE.
- Proven experience working with consultancy firms in the GCC on infrastructure building or mixed-use projects.
- Proficient in Primavera P6 MS Project and MS Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of project controls scheduling techniques and critical path method (CPM).
- Excellent communication analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Must be currently in the UAE and available to join immediately.
