ملخص الوظيفة
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate shop drawings for electrical systems including power lighting ELV fire alarm and containment layouts.
- Develop coordination drawings integrating architectural structural and MEP services ensuring clash-free and practical installations.
- Interpret design drawings and technical specifications to produce clear compliant drafting deliverables.
- Coordinate with project engineers site supervisors and other disciplines to support construction activities.
- Revise and update drawings based on site mark-ups RFIs and engineering instructions.
- Ensure all drawings comply with local authority regulations and company standards.
- Maintain drawing logs and ensure timely submission of deliverables according to project schedules.
- Assist in resolving drawing-related issues during the design and execution phases.
Key Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 8 years of drafting experience with at least 5 years in the UAE/GCC contracting companies.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit or BIM tools is a plus.
- Proven experience in preparing coordination drawings and handling multi-discipline integration.
- Familiarity with UAE/GCC construction codes standards and authority submission requirements (e.g. DEWA ADDC QCDD).
- Excellent technical understanding communication and organizational skills.
- Must be available to join within 2 weeks.
