ملخص الوظيفة
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed 3D architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit and other relevant software.
- Collaborate with architects designers engineers and other team members to integrate design concepts into the BIM model.
- Coordinate and manage model updates revisions and design changes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in the creation of construction documents including plans elevations sections and details.
- Ensure accuracy and quality control of BIM models by adhering to project standards best practices and client requirements.
- Participate in clash detection and resolve any conflicts or issues related to the BIM model.
- Generate 3D renderings and visualizations for presentations and client reviews.
- Assist in the development of BIM-related processes and workflows to improve efficiency and collaboration.
- Maintain and update project documentation ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler with a strong focus on architecture.
- Must have work experience from design consulting companies in the GCC ideally from UAE.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other BIM software (Navisworks AutoCAD etc.).
- Strong understanding of architectural design building systems and construction processes.
- Experience working with project teams to develop and manage BIM models from schematic design through construction.
- Familiarity with BIM standards guidelines and project workflows.
- Strong attention to detail problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
