ملخص الوظيفة
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
- Preparing proposals purchase orders receiving reports and delivery notes
- Orders are checked against items on requisitions or invoices.
- Checks and reports on the condition of items that have been received or are about to be transported. Shipments that are damaged or inadequate are reported.
- Maintains certificates and records of activities
- Inventories supplies
- Performs clerical functions incidental to stock activities
- Support employees may be supervised and instructed.
Requirements
- Must be Emirati national
- Punctual and well disciplined
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Proficiency in MS Office especially EXCEL
Benefits
Our starting salary package AED 5000/ monthly and another AED 1000/- increment upon successful completion of six months probation period.
