Aqary Real Estate is a dynamic and growing real estate company committed to delivering quality services to our clients. We are looking for a motivated and professional Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
Actively generate and follow up on quality leads provided in-house.
Conduct property viewings and presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate sales agreements and close deals effectively.
Maintain excellent relationships with clients and ensure a positive customer experience.
Collaborate with the admin team for smooth transaction processing and documentation.
Attend in-house training sessions and participate in career development programs.
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of proven experience in real estate sales.
Must have own valid visa.
Pleasing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven approach.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Familiarity with the local real estate market is a plus.
