What youll do:

Assess diagnose and treat a diverse caseload using evidence-based practice.
Work closely with multi-cultural teams (think psychologists nurses therapists) to deliver holistic care.
Design treatment plans that actually get used not just filed and forgotten.
Mentor junior staff and help shape service direction.

What youll need:

DOH license (or eligibility)this is non-negotiable.
Robust experience in psychiatric assessment and care ideally in multidisciplinary settings.
Confidence in managing complex cases.
Passion for mental health advocacy.
Arabic is a real advantage here.
