Project : IGD Integrated Gas Development Das Island (Onshore Civil & Building Construction Works

Job Responsibilities :

Preparationsubmission and updating of the project master program
Preparation andissue of necessary Progress reports (Daily weekly monthly)
Presentingschedules of work often with visual aids such as bar charts and Histogramsdiagrams
Monitoring progressthroughout the work process and comparing this with the projected schedule of work and advising the Project Managers of actual and expected slippages
Liaising with theProject Manager throughout the process making adjustments to project plans as necessary
Providing adviceand support on the development of specific systems
Follow up andintegration of subcontractors programs
Preparation / Billing of Projects Invoices.
Review of Sub-contractors Schedules & Invoices
Preparation ofproject bar charts / manpower (histograms) & construction equipment and regular updating
Preparation ofdeployment of schedules of manpower and equipment
