permanent Position: Finance Manager Company Overview: Star Services LLC is a leading provider of staffing and recruitment solutions in the United Arab Emirates. Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. As the Finance Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company. You will work closely with the senior management team to develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the companys financial health and growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve the companys financial goals Manage and monitor the companys financial performance including budgeting forecasting and financial reporting Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws Manage the companys cash flow and investments Oversee the preparation of financial statements including balance sheets income statements and cash flow statements Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to improve the companys financial performance Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial objectives are aligned with overall business objectives Manage and develop a team of financial professionals Identify and mitigate financial risks Prepare and present financial reports to the senior management team and board of directors Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field CPA or CFA certification is preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry Strong knowledge of financial regulations and laws Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Proven track record of developing and implementing financial strategies Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software Experience with budgeting forecasting and financial reporting Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Why Join Us Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work with a reputable and growing company Dynamic and collaborative work environment Professional development and growth opportunities Chance to make a significant impact on the companys financial success If you are a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for finance and accounting we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
