ملخص الوظيفة
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures to ensure structural works comply with approved drawings project specifications and international standards.
- Conduct inspections and coordinate with site teams to identify and rectify non-conformances.
- Manage NCRs from issuance to closure including root cause analysis corrective actions and documentation.
- Maintain accurate QA/QC records and ensure proper document control using Aconex and R-Drive.
- Liaise with consultants subcontractors and client representatives to resolve quality issues promptly.
- Prepare QA/QC reports method statements and inspection requests as required.
- Support site teams in meeting quality objectives and achieving project milestones.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in civil engineering or structural engineering
- Minimum 5 years of QA/QC structural engineering experience from contracting companies in the UAE/GCC.
- Experience in both steel and concrete structures.
- Strong knowledge of Aconex (Oracle Document Management System) and R-Drive file management.
- Proven experience in closing NCRs in line with project quality management systems.
- Track record of working on large-scale projects in the region.
- Strong communication coordination and documentation skills.
