Senior Digital & Social Associate

Responsibilities

1. Manage the planning and execution of the FIFA Club World Cup 2021TM digital marketing campaign

2. Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver an integrated digital media campaign with clear measurable KPIs, including but not limited to media buying, SEO, Email, SMS campaign activity

3. Schedule and monitor project timelines, milestones and deliverables

4. Ensure the digital campaign addresses core campaign objectives

5. Manage external digital agencies to ensure they meet their objectives and KPIs

6. Ensure a timely and efficient media campaign

7. Manage CRM initiatives, including creative development for any external EDMs and detailed reporting of results and ensure GDPR compliance

8. Work with external agencies and internal teams to deliver a consumer facing, SEO optimised and GDPR compliant website with approved FIFA Club World Cup 2021TM content.

9. Effectively communicate project plans, expectations, deliverables & results to internal and external stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

10. Detailed reporting, analysis, actionable insights and recommendations on the digital campaign to all internal and external stakeholders as required throughout the campaign

11. Effective and accurate budget management and reporting

12. Assist with LPOs and invoices for digital activity

13. Assist in the identification and on-boarding of innovative digital suppliers and solutions as required for the campaign activity
