Head of Marketing

Our client, an events management firm, is currently looking for a Head of Marketing to be based inAbu Dhabi, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development and success of the marketing department of the organization. You will also be responsible for specific marketing campaigns and projects within the department while assisting with the implementation of the departments policies, strategies, and campaigns.

Other job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Developing the organization’s marketing strategy and marketing plans for all its activities, programmes, and related initiatives.
• Directing and overseeing the marketing and communications team ensuring optimal performance and cost-effective delegated tasks and meeting their objectives with the ability to ensure preparation of all relevant reports on time.
• Assessing and evaluating the capabilities of all marketing-related external suppliers of products and service providers are cost-effective.
• Directing the marketing team to develop the organization’s communication and action plans and achieving the organization’s objectives and deliverables.

Requirements

To be considered for the role,you need to meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or any other relevant area is desirable.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience working in a similar role.
• Proficient in the English language.
