Job Overview

We are seeking ambitious and talented fresh graduates in Civil Engineering Architecture and other engineering disciplines (excluding IT) to join our oneyear structured graduate program. This immersive initiative is designed to provide handson experience in real estate development project execution and construction management.

As a Graduate Trainee you will work alongside seasoned professionals gain realworld exposure to live projects and develop the skills necessary for a successful career in the construction and real estate industry. The program is 8090% practical with structured training mentorship and professional development activities making up the rest.

Key Responsibilities

• Shadow Senior Project Managers to understand project lifecycles and execution.
• Assist in project planning budgeting and contract administration.
• Support in turnkey project delivery for resorts buildings and residential developments.
• Participate in onsite inspections quality control and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with architects engineers clients contractors and construction specialists.
• Learn and apply industrystandard software such as AutoCAD BIM Revit Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Engage in rotational assignments within different project teams for diversified learning.
• Attend structured technical and leadership training workshops.
• Develop problemsolving and negotiation skills in a realworld setting.
• Gain handson experience in risk management and contingency planning.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements safety codes and environmental policies.
• Contribute to project documentation progress tracking and stakeholder communication.
