Responsibilities

• Demonstrated proficiency in managing and supervising construction projects.

• Indepth knowledge of engineering technology building construction and design specifications of ADNOC and TRANSCO

• Familiar with ADNOC Onshore/Offshore HSE construction and administrative requirements

• Coordination and knowledge of Permits/NOCs involved in execution of Site activities.

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite GIS AutoCAD and other software

• Ability to manage multiple construction projects at various stages of their lifecycle.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and regulations.

• Competent in assessing interpreting and presenting survey reports and other critical data for stakeholders and shareholders.

• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

• Thorough knowledge of the UAE Building Code safety regulations and standards.

• Excellent interpersonal leadership and management skills.

• Active role in Site inspections for civil construction material and review of Shop drawings

• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

• Suggest process and technical design changes to improve performance and efficiency.

• Monitor project progress compliance with design specifications.

• Monitor work schedules and recommend mitigation measures as needed to meet project deadlines!

• Supervise and monitor detailed documentation of all site construction activities.

• Collaborate with management to align activities with desired business outcomes.

• Proven track record for managing personnel and material resources.

• Exemplary critical thinking analytical and complex problemsolving skills

• Active listening and verbal/written communication skills

• Dedication to implement new concepts and strategies.

What were looking for

• Bachelors degree in civil or structural engineering construction or industrial buildings

• Minimum 68 years of Construction experience in 132kV 400kV substations and HV/EHV cable laying projects

• Experienced in ADNOC and TRANSCO projects.

• Experienced as construction supervision Consultant.
