Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and system designs.
• Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies to manage projects efficiently.
• Improve processes coordinate testing and ensure solution quality.
• Deliver training and ongoing support to endusers.
• Manage vendor relationships compliance and risk.
• Lead change management efforts and support adoption of new solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Diploma in Computer Science.
• Certifications like PMP PRINCE2 or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred.

Skills and Experience:

• Strong command of English (Arabic is a plus).
• Proficiency in tools like Tableau Power BI Hadoop or Spark.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
• Experience in ETL processes database management and data visualization.
