الوصف الوظيفي
Senior Interface Engineer ensures good preparation and coordination of activities between Client PMC Engineering and project interfaces including all project external stake holders subContractors and third parties at the Interface Points during the execution stage.
Ensure all interfaces are coordinated to perform sufficient preparations and assess all realistic problems and encourage the development solutions for interface activities such as substation tieins cable trenching and cable laying routing plot reservation exchange of technical information etc. to support smooth execution in construction phase.
- Be a focal point for all interfaces with other internal and external project stakeholders.
- Prepare and conduct interface reviews with technical and project interfaces in critical areas.
- Anticipation and understanding of site interface demarcations on documents such as P&IDs Plot Plans and GA Layouts.
- Work with all technical and project interfaces to ensure interface responsibilities are understood and potential problems identified
- Coordinate with client and review of FEED / Engineering documentation to assess consistency in the demarcation of interfaces.
- Issue regular interface management reports to PM and customer management
- Be part of the daytoday interfacing between the projects project managers and engineering teams.
- Update and Maintain Interface Registers.
- Drive and coordinate Project Interface Meetings as required.
- Participate in key customer reviews and meetings as required.
- Participate in Project reviews.
Qualifications :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical Instrumentation or equivalent) with (0608 Years) in the Oil & Gas industry. Affinity and familiar with Engineering Procurement and Contracting aspects in the business both onshore and offshore.
