Job Description: Steel Structure Draftsman (Oil & Gas)
Job Location : Abu Dhabi
We are seeking an experienced Steel Structure Draftsman with a minimum of 5 years experience in oil and gas piping to join our team in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings for steel structures and piping layouts.
- Collaborate with engineers to develop designs and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Perform material takeoffs and prepare bill of quantities.
- Revise drawings based on client feedback and engineering changes.
- Ensure all drawings adhere to industry standards and project requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Draftsman in steel structures with a strong focus on oil and gas projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Tekla or similar drafting software.
- Solid understanding of piping systems and structural detailing standards.
- Familiarity with UAE building codes and oil and gas industry regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
