Position: Finance Controller Company Overview: Star Services LLC is a leading provider of workforce solutions in the UAE. We specialize in providing skilled and qualified professionals to various industries such as oil & gas construction healthcare and hospitality. Our mission is to help our clients achieve their business goals by providing them with the best talent and expertise. Job Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced Finance Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data. As a Finance Controller you will play a crucial role in the financial success of the company by providing strategic insights and recommendations to the senior management team. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports budgets and forecasts Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the companys financial stability Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to senior management for decision making Manage the monthend and yearend closing processes Prepare and present financial reports to the senior management team Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are aligned with overall business objectives Manage and develop a team of finance professionals Identify areas for cost reduction and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field CPA or CMA certification is preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role Strong knowledge of financial regulations and laws Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Why Work for Us: At Star Services LLC we value our employees and strive to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
