The Sales Engineer will initiate contact with targeted customers deliver product demonstrations coordinate
and drive sales opportunities thought the sales lifecycle and travel assigned sales territory to establish and
retain effective relationships with customers.
Provide technical support and knowledge about company s products to the customers.
Analyze customer needs and challenges and tailor solutions that address specific problems ensuring that the
proposed solution not only meets technical requirements but also adds value to the customer s business.
Analyze market trends customer needs and competitor activities and update the sales strategies and
tactics.
Plan and conduct sales visit as per the weekly planner and update the status in ERP.
Follow up on leads assigned by the sales coordinator and provide feedback to the sales coordinator.
Prepare regular sales visit reports for detailing sales performance revenue generation and market trends as
per set frequency.
Establish strong relationship with Developers Contractors Facility Management groups and other potential
customer segments
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and
loyalty.
Prepare regular sales reports for senior management detailing sales performance revenue generation and
market trends as per set frequency
Collaborate closely with the Proposal team to ensure the proposals are submitted to customers on time.
Provide prompt feedback from customers to the Proposal team to enhance the quality of proposals
Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improve sales processes.
Review and understand technocommercial proposals and work with the Estimation team and customer on
design and price.
Identify and develop new market & client opportunities.
Oversee the use of sales modules in ERP systems to track sales activities and manage customer interactions
Any other duty as assigned by the line manager or senior management team.
