Key Responsibilities:
1. Packing Products: Accurately pack products according to established guidelines to ensure they are secure for transportation.
2. Quality Control: Inspect items for any defects or inconsistencies before packing and report any issues to the supervisor.
3. Inventory Management: Assist in organizing and maintaining the packing area to ensure that materials are readily available and stored properly.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily packing quotas and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.
5. Adherence to Safety Standards: Follow all safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
6. Assistance in Logistics: Collaborate with warehouse staff to load and unload materials as necessary.
7. Documentation: Complete packing slips and documentation accurately.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in a packing or warehouse environment is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Physically able to lift and move packages weighing up to insert weight.
