Role >. Interim Head of Sustainability. He/She plays a vital role in embedding sustainable practices within a company’s operations improving environmental impact and enhancing social responsibility. The role requires strong leadership a strategic mindset and the ability to work collaboratively across the organization

Main tasks > Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy aligned with the company’s mission vision and business goals; Communicate sustainability goals initiatives and progress to both internal and external stakeholders; Establish sustainability policies and procedures that meet or exceed regulatory requirements; Conduct regular sustainability risk assessments and identify opportunities for improvement; Develop and promote sustainable practices across the supply chain like sustainable sourcing waste reduction and fair labor practices; Develop and implement programs to educate employees on sustainable practices and their impact on the organization; Implement tracking and measurement tools for sustainability performance and ensure timely reporting; Identify opportunities for external collaborations on sustainability initiatives grants or innovation projects

Qualifications > Mandatory 15 years of experience ESG with Airlines experiences. If no airline then other aviation experience. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or a related field is typically required; Fluency in English Arabic nice to have; Strong analytical quantitative and problemsolving skills with a demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure and unparalleled attention to details
