Roles and responsibilities

1. Design and Development:

   • Design mechanical systems, components, and devices using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software.
   • Develop prototypes, run tests, and modify designs based on test results and client feedback.
   • Ensure that designs meet required specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.

2. Research and Analysis:

   • Conduct research to understand project requirements and find innovative solutions.
   • Analyze the performance and efficiency of mechanical systems, materials, and components.
   • Use tools such as FEA (Finite Element Analysis) to simulate how designs will perform under various conditions (stress, heat, etc.).

3. Testing and Validation:

   • Test mechanical systems and components to ensure functionality, durability, and reliability.
   • Develop testing procedures and troubleshoot any issues that arise during testing.
   • Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations throughout testing and production phases.

4. Manufacturing Oversight:

   • Oversee the manufacturing process, ensuring that products are built to design specifications and quality standards.
   • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
   • Address any issues in production by adjusting designs or processes as necessary.

5. Maintenance and Problem Solving:
