Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Instrumentation & Controls Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership in the design installation and maintenance of instrumentation and control systems for our projects. This is a fulltime position with our client and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on challenging and cuttingedge projects in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design installation and commissioning of instrumentation and control systems for various projects in the oil and gas power and infrastructure sectors.

Develop and review technical specifications drawings and documents related to instrumentation and control systems.

Conduct site surveys and assessments to identify potential issues and provide recommendations for improvements.

Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.

Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure the integration of instrumentation and control systems with other project components.

Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues and develop mitigation plans.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians in instrumentation and control systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering or related field.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in the design installation and maintenance of instrumentation and control systems.

Strong knowledge of international codes and standards related to instrumentation and control systems.

Experience in project management and leading a team of engineers and technicians.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.

Fluency in English both written and spoken.
