Our client a prominent government entity based in Ajman is seeking a proactive and detailoriented Ethics Risk & Compliance and Corporate Governance Associate to join our team. This role will support the integration of ethics risk management and corporate governance practices to ensure our company operates with the highest standards of integrity and compliance department. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing essential procedures policies and processes related to graft and whistle blowing conflict of interest bribery and more.

Requirements
To be considered for this role you need to meet the following criteria
- A degree in any relevant field.
- A minimum of 23 years of experience in ethics compliance and corporate governance roles.
- Relevant certifications in ethics compliance or related areas.
- Experience in industries such as engineering power and energy oil or property development is highly desirable.
- Exceptional fluency in English both written and spoken.
- Ability to work effectively in a newly established department demonstrating initiative and innovation.
- Willingness to travel and to work onsite based in Ajman. Should be adaptable to the working environment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
