Roles & Responsibilities
· Prepare WBS and project schedule and develop overall project schedule based on given scope of the project.
· Establishing Scope of work for each department as per available resources against project required specifications.
· Preparing Level 1 to Level 4 Schedule for client, review, update and monitoring the progress as per approved schedule.
· Resource planning and scheduling their availability at work site.
· Calculating Earned value against planned & actual value, and providing inputs for the management.
· Raise invoice for the completed work against progress of completion.
· Update and review project schedule based on production and project deliverables.
· Develop & update various reports Progress measurement systems (PMS)
