Islamic Teacher UAE National

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Islamic Teacher (UAE National) to join our esteemed team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering highquality Islamic Studies education across various grade levels from FS/KG to Year 13/Grade 12. The role requires a deep understanding of Islamic principles and the ability to engage students effectively fostering a strong foundation in Islamic education while promoting academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging Islamic Studies lessons that align with the schools curriculum and educational objectives.
  
• Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and needs.
  
• Utilize various instructional methods and resources to enhance student learning and participation.
  
• Monitor and assess student progress through regular evaluations tests and assignments.
  
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents on academic performance and behavior.
  
• Maintain accurate and uptodate records of student progress and achievement.
  
• Create and maintain a positive respectful and inclusive classroom environment that supports students educational and personal development.
  
• Implement effective classroom management techniques to promote a conducive learning atmosphere.
  
• Work closely with colleagues including other teachers and support staff to ensure a cohesive and collaborative approach to education.
  
• Engage with parents and guardians to discuss student progress address concerns and involve them in the learning process.
  
• Participate in school meetings committees and professional development activities as required.
  
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in Islamic Studies and educational best practices.
  
• Pursue opportunities for professional growth and contribute to the schools mission through active participation in professional learning communities.
  
• Support and participate in school events activities and initiatives that contribute to the overall school community.
  
• Encourage student involvement in extracurricular activities related to Islamic education and community service.
  

Requirements

• Educational Requirements:
  
• UAE National with a degree in Islamic Studies Education or a related field from a recognized institution.
  
• Teaching certification or equivalent qualification in education is preferred.
  
• Experience:
  
• Proven experience in teaching Islamic Studies with a track record of effective instruction and student engagement.
  
• Familiarity with the UAE educational curriculum and standards for Islamic Studies.
