Roles & Responsibilities
1. Maintaining accurate records of all goods received and issued from the hotel's inventory. This includes food and beverage items, linens, cleaning supplies, guest amenities, and other products used by various departments within the hotel.
2. Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods while adhering to quality standards.
3. Ensuring that all items in the inventory are stored properly and safely. Implementing proper storage techniques to prevent damage, spoilage, or loss of goods.
4. Monitoring inventory levels and initiate orders to replenish stock as needed. Anticipate demand based on historical data and upcoming events or promotions.
5. Inspecting incoming shipments for accuracy and quality. Reject or return any items that do not meet the hotel's standards.
