Recruitment Officer

• Accountable for the recruitment strategy process policies and procedures as well as ensuring alignment with the companys strategy and talent requirements.
• Additionally the Recruitment Officer is accountable for the daytoday recruitment activities of the companys which includes identifying recruitment requirements sourcing interviewing and assessing candidates and selecting successful candidates.
• Responsible for managing the companys recruitment activities to ensure that the right candidates meet all talent requirements on time. This includes identifying recruitment requirements; sourcing interviewing and evaluating candidates; selecting the most qualified candidates; and effectively onboarding new employees.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline e.g. Business Administration Human Resources Management Psychology Law.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field
• UAE National
