Senior Debt Capital Market Analyst

Key Responsibilities: • Monitor and provide reports on capital markets, focusing on energy-related sectors. • Assist in structuring, pricing, and negotiating debt issuances, including conventional and Islamic structures, such as syndicated revolver facilities and bi-lateral credit facilities. • Develop hedging strategies to manage interest rate risks associated with long-term debt issuances. • Collaborate with legal and investor relations teams in capital markets due diligence, including shelf-registration activities and preparation of information memoranda for potential investors. • Contribute to the formulation and implementation of financing strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance financial flexibility at the group level.
